Moniliose en phase de floraison <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>les diff\u00e9rentes esp\u00e8ces de champignons qui causent cette maladie<\/strong> cryptogamique s<strong>dans le genre Monilia et Monilinia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Monilinia laxa est l'esp\u00e8ce typique des cultures telles que la p\u00eache, la cerise, l'abricot et la prune.<\/strong> Actif d\u00e8s les basses temp\u00e9ratures (5-10 \u00b0C), il est capable de provoquer des infections g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9es \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents moments de la saison. Il affecte \u00e0 la fois les organes v\u00e9g\u00e9tatifs (fleurs, pousses) et les fruits en cours de maturation.<br \/>\nLes autres esp\u00e8ces r\u00e9pandues dans notre pays sont Monilia fructigena et M. Fructicola. Elles sont actives \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es et affectent donc davantage les fruits au moment de leur maturation.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Le cycle biologique du monilia<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le champignon se conserve sous forme de myc\u00e9lium sur les fruits atteints tomb\u00e9s au sol, mais aussi sur les fruits momifi\u00e9s qui restent accroch\u00e9s \u00e0 la plante. Les attaques les plus graves se produisent pendant la floraison et sur les fruits proches de la r\u00e9colte. <strong>Les risques les plus importants sont li\u00e9s au temps humide, au brouillard et aux longues pluies.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-3158 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.msbiotech.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/come-prevenire-la-monilia-drupacee-300x169.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.msbiotech.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/come-prevenire-la-monilia-drupacee-300x169.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.msbiotech.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/come-prevenire-la-monilia-drupacee-768x432.webp 768w, https:\/\/www.msbiotech.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/come-prevenire-la-monilia-drupacee-18x10.webp 18w, https:\/\/www.msbiotech.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/come-prevenire-la-monilia-drupacee.webp 1000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Lorsque ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements se produisent, les myc\u00e9liums fongiques lib\u00e8rent leurs spores, qui sont dispers\u00e9es par l'eau, le vent et les insectes. C'est ainsi que se produisent les infections primaires.<strong>La p\u00e9n\u00e9tration du pathog\u00e8ne dans l'arbre se fait par des ouvertures naturelles ou des micro-blessures.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fig.2 Fruit \u00e0 noyau en fleur (phase d\u00e9licate)<\/p>\n<p>Monilinia laxa est capable d'affecter les organes v\u00e9g\u00e9tatifs (fleurs et petits fruits). Les autres esp\u00e8ces, en revanche, trouvent les conditions optimales pour commencer \u00e0 endommager les fruits avec des temp\u00e9ratures comprises entre 15 et 30 \u00b0C et une humidit\u00e9 proche du niveau de saturation.<br \/>\nDans les conditions id\u00e9ales d\u00e9crites, le cycle du champignon s'ach\u00e8ve en une semaine environ, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant de nouvelles spores qui d\u00e9clenchent des cycles d'infection secondaire.<br \/>\nSi, en revanche, les conditions environnementales ne sont pas favorables, les infections \u00e0 monilia peuvent rester latentes sur les fruits, avant de se manifester par une pourriture post-r\u00e9colte \u00e9vidente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3157 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.msbiotech.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/monilia-ciclo-biologico-funghi-micelio-drupacee.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.msbiotech.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/monilia-ciclo-biologico-funghi-micelio-drupacee.webp 750w, https:\/\/www.msbiotech.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/monilia-ciclo-biologico-funghi-micelio-drupacee-300x169.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.msbiotech.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/monilia-ciclo-biologico-funghi-micelio-drupacee-18x10.webp 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Fig3. Monilia au stade de la post-r\u00e9colte<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pr\u00e9vention par des techniques agronomiques<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pour pr\u00e9venir l'apparition du monilia, il convient d'appliquer des pratiques agronomiques correctes.<\/p>\n<p>Premi\u00e8rement, <strong>Lors de la taille d'hiver, les fruits momifi\u00e9s rest\u00e9s sur la plante doivent \u00eatre enlev\u00e9s et \u00e9limin\u00e9s.<\/strong> Les branches atteintes de chancres doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre enlev\u00e9es. Le mat\u00e9riel enlev\u00e9 doit, si possible, \u00eatre br\u00fbl\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Lors des op\u00e9rations de taille, il est \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire de favoriser la respiration du feuillage. <strong>Un autre choix agronomique \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard est un sch\u00e9ma de plantation large,<\/strong> qui favorise le passage de l'air entre les plantes.<\/p>\n<p>L'enherbement de la plante doit alors \u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9 au mieux. Par exemple, il est n\u00e9cessaire de maintenir la hauteur de l'herbe \u00e0 un niveau acceptable, car une mauvaise gestion de cet aspect favorise les conditions d'humidit\u00e9 propices au champignon.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Traitements du monilia avec des produits autoris\u00e9s en agriculture biologique<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les interventions doivent \u00eatre men\u00e9es avant et apr\u00e8s la floraison.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le contr\u00f4le de la moniliose<\/strong> (Monilia laxa, M. fructigena et M. fructicola) est particuli\u00e8rement importante pour les amandiers et les abricotiers, esp\u00e8ces particuli\u00e8rement sensibles \u00e0 ce champignon. Il est strat\u00e9gique d'intervenir au moment de la chute des p\u00e9tales, car les agents du champignon Monilia peuvent facilement coloniser les r\u00e9sidus floraux qui ne se d\u00e9tachent pas compl\u00e8tement au moment de l'\u00e9caillage et finissent par constituer la principale source d'inoculum pour les fruits m\u00fbrs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les antagonistes microbiologiques indiqu\u00e9s pour traiter ce pathog\u00e8ne fongique sont Bacillus subtilis et B. amyloliquefaciens.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les <strong>Le genre Bacillus appartient au groupe des PGPR.<\/strong> (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) et comprend des esp\u00e8ces de bact\u00e9ries isol\u00e9es de la rhizosph\u00e8re ayant de nombreuses activit\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques.
