Plus tard, vers la fin mars-avril, l'adulte vacille et proc\u00e8de \u00e0 l'accouplement. Les femelles peuvent pondre jusqu'\u00e0 100-150 \u0153ufs dans le collet de la plante.<\/p>\n<p>Les larves, qui \u00e9mergent au bout de deux semaines, s'enfouissent et p\u00e9n\u00e8trent dans les racines du chou, creusant des galeries dans les parties les plus tendres. Les tissus atteints pourrissent, le feuillage jaunit et le d\u00e9veloppement est perturb\u00e9, ce qui entra\u00eene, dans les cas les plus graves, la mort de la plante.<\/p>\n<p>Les attaques les plus graves se produisent au printemps, mais les cultures d'automne sont \u00e9galement susceptibles d'\u00eatre attaqu\u00e9es par la mouche.
