{"id":1463,"date":"2021-03-31T12:01:50","date_gmt":"2021-03-31T10:01:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.msbiotech.net\/?p=1463"},"modified":"2024-04-08T15:37:48","modified_gmt":"2024-04-08T13:37:48","slug":"stress-abiotici-mecanismes-de-defense-et-effets-sur-la-plante","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.msbiotech.net\/fr\/stress-abiotici-meccanismi-di-difesa-ed-effetti-sulla-pianta\/","title":{"rendered":"STRESS ABIOTIQUE : m\u00e9canismes de d\u00e9fense et effets sur la plante"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les facteurs de stress abiotiques tels que <strong>la s\u00e9cheresse, la salinit\u00e9, le gel et la chaleur<\/strong> <strong>excessif,<\/strong>\u00a0entra\u00eenent in\u00e9vitablement des dommages aux cultures agricoles, avec des r\u00e9percussions sur la quantit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 de la production.<\/p>\n<p>Ces pertes sont essentiellement imputables \u00e0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>R\u00e9duction du processus de photosynth\u00e8se<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9naturation des prot\u00e9ines et des acides gras<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00e9nescence pr\u00e9coce des feuilles<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9sence de physiopathologies (chlorose, n\u00e9crose, pourriture)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9disposition aux attaques parasitaires<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les facteurs de stress entra\u00eenent des modifications physiologiques plus ou moins graves, en fonction de l'intensit\u00e9 du stress subi et des m\u00e9canismes de tol\u00e9rance dont dispose la plante, et ils peuvent tous \u00eatre ramen\u00e9s \u00e0 un effet commun, \u00e0 savoir l'alt\u00e9ration de l'\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 de la plante. <strong>d\u00e9shydratation des cellules v\u00e9g\u00e9tales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les divers m\u00e9canismes de d\u00e9fense que poss\u00e8de la plante, on trouve la production endog\u00e8ne de m\u00e9tabolites osmotiquement actifs (<strong>GlycineB\u00e9ta\u00efne, Proline,<\/strong> ) pour compenser la perte d'eau de la cellule.
