En consecuencia, s\u00f3lo son capaces de producir una cantidad limitada de az\u00facares para su crecimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, la mayor\u00eda ha desarrollado un sistema de absorci\u00f3n secundario.<\/p>\n<p>Tienen \u00e9xito en un entorno tan duro porque son capaces de absorber activamente amino\u00e1cidos, minerales e incluso fracciones org\u00e1nicas de humus a trav\u00e9s de sus hojas.<\/p>\n<p>Estas mol\u00e9culas org\u00e1nicas proceden de las capas superiores del bosque que cubren el sotobosque, donde se acumulan part\u00edculas finas de polvo (org\u00e1nico), insectos muertos, excrementos de aves, algas y musgos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>3 MECANISMOS PRINCIPALES\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Existen b\u00e1sicamente tres modos de absorci\u00f3n foliar de agua y nutrientes (minerales, mol\u00e9culas org\u00e1nicas, amino\u00e1cidos, etc.):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a trav\u00e9s de pelos glandulares (<strong>tricomas<\/strong>),<\/li>\n<li>a trav\u00e9s de las capas de cera de la hoja (<strong>cut\u00edcula<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li>por absorci\u00f3n y liberaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de las c\u00e9lulas (<strong>endocitosis)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Los estomas tambi\u00e9n se prestan a la captaci\u00f3n de agua y sales minerales, pero como la mayor\u00eda de ellos se concentran en el env\u00e9s de la hoja, es una clara se\u00f1al de que no son los \u00f3rganos propiamente dedicados a la captaci\u00f3n de agua y nutrientes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>ABSORCI\u00d3N A TRAV\u00c9S DE LOS PELOS GLANDULARES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Los tricomas (pelos glandulares) son excrecencias unicelulares de la epidermis. Los minerales en forma cati\u00f3nica y los amino\u00e1cidos suelen absorberse bien a trav\u00e9s de estos \u00f3rganos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1143\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>ABSORCI\u00d3N A TRAV\u00c9S DE LA CUT\u00cdCULA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>La cut\u00edcula es una capa hidr\u00f3foba compuesta de ceras y cutina depositada exclusivamente en el exterior de las c\u00e9lulas de la epidermis con una funci\u00f3n protectora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La cut\u00edcula, por su mayor capacidad de interceptaci\u00f3n de gotas y su gran superficie de contacto, es <strong>la forma predominante<\/strong> en el proceso de absorci\u00f3n de las hojas.<\/p>\n<p>Los solutos se difunden por \u00f3smosis a trav\u00e9s de las capas celulares de la hoja aprovechando un gradiente de concentraci\u00f3n establecido entre la alta concentraci\u00f3n de la soluci\u00f3n aplicada en la superficie de la hoja y la baja concentraci\u00f3n de soluto en las c\u00e9lulas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>ANATOM\u00cdA DE LA HOJA<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" <strong>humedad<\/strong> favorece la penetraci\u00f3n de nutrientes i\u00f3nicos, ya que reduce las propiedades hidr\u00f3fobas de la cut\u00edcula y ampl\u00eda el di\u00e1metro de los poros, retrasando la deshidrataci\u00f3n de las gotas pulverizadas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La <strong>radiaci\u00f3n luminosa<\/strong> tiene un efecto positivo sobre la absorci\u00f3n, favoreciendo la apertura de los fl\u00f3sculos, la actividad fotosint\u00e9tica y la permeabilidad de la cut\u00edcula en las proximidades de las c\u00e9lulas protectoras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tambi\u00e9n <strong>la temperatura<\/strong> tiene un efecto indirecto sobre la absorci\u00f3n, pero est\u00e1 relacionado con el aumento de la
