{"id":1869,"date":"2022-01-11T09:07:00","date_gmt":"2022-01-11T08:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.msbiotech.net\/?p=1869"},"modified":"2024-04-08T15:26:50","modified_gmt":"2024-04-08T13:26:50","slug":"nature-had-thought-of-everything-with-rooting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.msbiotech.net\/en\/la-radicazione-la-natura-aveva-pensato-a-tutto\/","title":{"rendered":"Rooting: Nature had thought of everything!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The most important stage in the success of a new planting is the rooting and loosening of the young plants.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At this important stage, the plant produces primary roots to search for water, while secondary roots develop to absorb nutrients, and on this point the <strong>microbiota<\/strong> soil (the collection of useful microorganism species) plays a key role in soil life.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Nature had thought of everything: the presence of life in the soil provided by fungi and bacteria promotes root growth in the soil.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>These micro-organisms are attracted to the root exudates emitted by the plant (amino acids, organic acids, sugars, phenolic compounds and secondary metabolites) and, once they enter <strong>symbiosis<\/strong> with the plant, they bond with it, establishing a beneficial relationship.<\/p>\n<p>The apical zone of the root is generally considered to be the major site of exudation, however, exudation of organic compounds has also been evidenced in portions of the root that are not actively growing.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 392px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-1869-1\" width=\"392\" height=\"690\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.msbiotech.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/pnas.1618584114.sm02.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.msbiotech.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/pnas.1618584114.sm02.mp4\">https:\/\/www.msbiotech.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/pnas.1618584114.sm02.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p><em>1:Interaction of Bacillus spp. with root system\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The release of these substances is very energy-intensive for plants. This can result in the alteration of physiological and biochemical parameters depending on the organism inhabiting the rhizosphere.<\/p>\n<p>The 90% of bacteria in the soil has a variable metabolism, which means that they can behave either as beneficial or as pathogenic or indifferent organisms depending on soil conditions.
