Nutrigen Vegetable

Polyvalent organic nutrient

Powder

CHARACTERISTICS

NutriGen is a multipurpose organic nutrient of exclusively plant origin for wastewater treatment plants. It is rich in BOD, organic nitrogen and phosphorus, and contributes to the improvement of activated sludge characteristics.

Applications

NutriGen is particularly recommended for:

  • The start-up of sewage treatment plants.
  • The plant maintenance under low load conditions.
  • The balancing nutrients.
  • The improvement of activated sludge.

Doses and directions for use

Usage and Dosage

For the start-up of wastewater treatment plants:

  • 300-500 g/ cubic metre of effluent contained in the oxidation tank (follow up with bacterial inoculation with MICROGEN).

For maintenance in case of low loads:

  • 100-200 g/ cubic metre of incoming effluent or sufficient quantity to make up for the missing BOD5.

For the maintenance of sludge and its good decanting:

  • 1-3 kg/ cubic metre of recycled sludge.

Conservation and Storage

Store in a cool place, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight, sources of radiation and frost.

Warnings

Do not ingest. Adopt normal rules of hygiene and cleanliness.

USE DOSES
FOR THE START-UP OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS 300÷500 g / m3 of wastewater contained in the oxidation tank (follow up with bacterial inoculation with MICROGEN)
FOR MAINTENANCE AT LOW LOADS 100÷200 g / m3 of incoming wastewater or sufficient quantity to make up for the missing BOD5
FOR MAINTAINING SLUDGE AND ITS GOOD DECANTABILITY 1÷3 kg / m3 of recycled sludge.
